Bilingual Therapy and Consulting Services was established in 2023 by Brenda Odalys Tavara, LCSW-C with the goal of providing equitable and affordable services to all members of the community.

Our mission is to provide therapy and consultation services to individuals and organizations. We are located in the Silver Spring/Rockville area. Our services are offered in English and Spanish.
